Reading Day 2025 – Bookstalgia at Sir Syed College


On june 19, 2025, the departments of Journalism and Malayalam at Sir Syed College, Taliparamba, along with Vyaazhavattam, organized a warmth Reading Day celebration titled “Bookstalgia.”

The event invited students to present their favorite books and share the memories and emotions connected to them. These reflections brought out the nostalgic bond many students have with reading, sparking meaningful conversations about literature and personal growth.

Held at the Satyajit Ray Hall, the event began at 2:45 PM and saw lively participation. It served as a reminder of the timeless value of books and successfully inspired a renewed love for reading.

The function was graced by Adv. P. Mahamood, President of the CDMEA, who officially inaugurated the gate.
